Our Approach

When the mind and body are both suffering, both need to heal

Most treatment approaches address chronic pain and mental health as entirely separate problems. We know better. Fibromyalgia, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and trauma are deeply interconnected — each one affecting and amplifying the others.

That's why our trauma-informed, whole-person approach addresses both the physical symptoms and the emotional roots simultaneously. In our peaceful Southern Utah setting, away from daily stress and triggers, your nervous system finally gets the space it needs to begin healing.

Mental Health & Chronic Conditions We Treat

Each condition below has a dedicated treatment pathway — and many guests arrive with several of these overlapping.

We're not a spa and we're not a hospital. We're something in between — a clinically rigorous, deeply human place where real healing happens for people who've run out of options.

Our Promise

Many guests arrive with multiple overlapping conditions — that's exactly what we're built for

Chronic pain rarely arrives alone. It brings depression, anxiety, sleep disruption, and relational strain with it. We've spent 21 years treating the full picture — and getting results when other approaches haven't.

Our admissions team will help you understand how your specific combination of conditions fits within our program before you ever make a commitment.

Common Questions

Questions about our conditions & approach

Not sure if The Bridge is right for your specific situation? These answers cover what we hear most often from people considering the program.

What conditions does The Bridge treat?
We specialize in fibromyalgia, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and stress, trauma and PTSD, CRPS/RSD, chronic fatigue syndrome, lupus and autoimmune conditions, mood disorders, and interpersonal issues. Many guests arrive with several of these overlapping — our whole-person approach is designed for exactly that complexity.
Can you treat multiple conditions at the same time?
Yes — most guests arrive with multiple overlapping conditions. Chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and trauma are deeply interconnected and often amplify each other. Our whole-person, integrative approach addresses this complexity directly rather than treating each condition in isolation. This is one of our core strengths.
How is this different from outpatient therapy or medication management?
Outpatient therapy provides one or two hours per week — not nearly enough time for the nervous system to reset and heal from chronic conditions. The Bridge provides 21 consecutive days of intensive, immersive, whole-person treatment in a peaceful setting away from daily triggers. This depth and duration of care creates breakthroughs that outpatient approaches rarely achieve — especially for conditions that have been resistant to prior treatment.
Does The Bridge accept insurance?
Yes. Most major insurance plans cover treatment at The Bridge. We verify your benefits before you make any commitment. Call 435-357-9609 and we'll check your coverage at no cost to you.
What if I'm not sure which condition applies to me?
Many people arrive without a clear diagnosis — or with symptoms that span several of the conditions we treat. That's completely normal. Call our admissions team at 435-357-9609 and describe what you're experiencing. We'll have an honest conversation about whether The Bridge is the right fit for your situation.
